Elser & Briggs, P.C. was established in 1986 by Douglas Elser and Theresa Briggs in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They combined years of experience from national accounting firms to better serve the needs of individuals and small businesses. In 1996, Vicki Hopper and Lori Lobbestael joined the firm as shareholders after several years of dedicated service. The firm presently consists of nine certified public accountants and three support staff.
